As a vegetarian, I was always moderately healthy. By not consuming saturated fats and cholesterol, I thought I was good to go. My problems were in my chocolate addiction as well as my dinners in which I would put veggie substitutes over pasta and call it a day. Then there was exercise. I played no sports growing up and never felt the athletic type. I had some gym memberships where I would do 45 minutes on an elliptical, 30 minutes with weight-machines, but I never felt fulfilled. I never sweated enough. I was never forced to.
